ITM business has been an integral part of society where the social impact could become unintended if they are not well managed. To avoid harming people from our activities, we work in partnership with all related stakeholders, including the government, local people, civil society, international regulators, and development agencies. We also put strong attention to our employees, as one of the closest stakeholders of our business, through various trainings and fair work evaluation systems while we consistently aim for a healthy work-life balance.

One aspect that we put as the top priority is the health and safety of our people, contractors, and local communities. To manage and protect the health and safety, we have set, implemented, and evaluated various measures and focus on understanding and managing the risk, including the risk response, in order to minimize the risk of any incident and injuries. Our ultimate goal in the health and safety aspect is indisputable, to provide a work environment that is free from any incidents and injuries.
