ITM ensures that there is a mechanism to be able to work despite any disruptions due to emergencies or crises in the business operations of ITM and all of its subsidiaries, as well as to mitigate any potential impacts. Therefore, Business Continuity Management is tasked with formulating and implementing strategies to ensure business continuity and ensure that every business process can be maintained even in an emergency.
To remain operational during the pandemic, ITM activated the Incident Management Team (IMT) at the ITM level and Emergency Management Team (EMT) at the subsidiary level, as wll as implemented a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to protect workers, secure operations, and support community resilience in all operational areas.
