Committees

Prof. Djoko Wintoro, PhD was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 23 March 2018 and appointed as Chairman of Audit & Risk Oversight Committee (AROC) on 23 March 2018 and reappointed as chairman of the AROC on 25 March 2019. Currently, he also serves as the Vice Rector for Operations, Finance, Accounting & Human Resources Management of Prasetiya Mulya University. He obtained his Master of Commerce from Wollongong University Australia in 1991 and PhD of Behavioral Finance from the same university in 2000.

Gede Harja Wasistha joined the Company as Member of Audit & Risk Oversight Committee as of 25 March 2019 and his areas of expertise including Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economic and Business and Banking. Besides being full-time lecturer of the University of Indonesia, Gede Harja Wasistha is also a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee in other public companies since 2016. He earned his Doctoral Program (Finance) from the University of Indonesia.

Erlin Sarwin joined the Company as a Member of the Audit and Risk Oversight Committee on 25 March 2019. She earned her Master of Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Hawaii, USA. She has extensive experience in Risk Management, Auditing and Finance and has worked in Indonesia, as well as in the US, Switzerland and Australia.
