ITM maintains a grievance system called Voice of Stakeholders (VoiS). This system has been developed and is managed internally to resolve complaints or grievances based on the Company’s Complaints Handling Policy and Procedure. VoIS was established by adopting the ISO 26000 Guideline.
Through VoiS, stakeholders may express their dissatisfaction, grievances, and complaints related to any of the seven core areas, namely: organizational governance, human rights, labor practices, environment, fair operational practices, consumer issues, as well as community engagement and development.
Transparency Center (TC) is a system for reporting the giving or receiving of gifts, rewards, and entertainment. This system may also be used to report situations that may lead to conflicts of interest as well as possible interventions from certain parties in the future.
