  • 2022

    • The establishment of a subsidiary specializing in solar rooftop business, PT Cahaya Power Indonesia.
  • 2021

    • First shipment done by PT Energi Batubara Perkasa (EBP), one of ITM subsidiaries which operates coal trading business.
  • 2020

    • ITM acquired 100% stake in PT Sentral Mutiara Energy (SME) and 75% stake in PT Graha Panca Karsa through its subsidiary, SME.
  • 2019

    • The final acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in PT Tepian Indah Sukses, resulting in ITM’s 100% ownership of the entity. 
    • Completion of 3-MW Solar Hybrid Plant in Bontang to supply electricity for IMM operations.
  • 2018

    • ITM acquired PT Nusa Persada Resources with 100% ownership and PT Energi Batubara Resources with 100% ownership.
  • 2017

    • ITM acquired PT Tepian Indah Sukses with 70% ownership and through its subsidiary, PT ITM Indonesia, acquired PT Gasemas with 75% ownership.
  • 2016

    • ITM established a subsidiary, PT ITM Banpu Power, with 70% ownership.
  • 2015

    • ITM established a subsidiary, PT ITM Energi Utama, with 99.99% ownership and PT ITM Batubara Utama, with 100% ownership.
  • 2014

    • ITM established subsidiaries, PT ITM Indonesia and PT Tambang Raya Usaha Tama, with 100% ownership.
  • 2010

    • Banpu Minerals (Singapore) Pte Ltd divested 8.72% of its shares to the public, retaining ownership of 65.00% with the remainder held by the public at less than 5% each.
  • 2008

    • PT Centralink Wisesa International transferred its 73.72% ownership of the Company to Banpu Minerals (Singapore) Pte Ltd and the public portion was increased from 20% to 26.28%.
  • 2007

    • ITM took over PT Jorong Barutama Greston and a minority stake of PT Trubaindo Coal Mining. After almost a year of preparations, the Initial Public Offering of ITM finally came to realization. 225,985,000 new shares equivalent to 20% of the total issued share were offered to the public at Rp14,000 per share.
  • 2005

    • PT Trubaindo Coal Mining commenced its production stage.
  • 2004

    • ITM acquired PT Bharinto Ekatama’s concession.
  • 2003

    • ITM took over a minority stake in PT Indominco Mandiri. 
  • 2001

    • Banpu through PT Centralink Wisesa International acquired ITM and its subsidiaries.
  • 1997

    • PT Indominco Mandiri started shipment through its permanent facility.
  • 1996

    • First bulk shipment from PT Indominco Mandiri interim facility.
  • 1995

    • Pre-production of PT Indominco Mandiri.
  • 1987

    • Establishment of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITM).
