Mulianto received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Atmajaya University, Yogyakarta and earned his Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He started his career in the area of Accounting in 1995 as Accounting Supervisor at ITM and continued accumulating his career experiences in the area of Accounting and Tax. In 2005, he was appointed as the Head of Accounting of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. and since early 2016 he was appointed as the Head of Accounting, Tax, Financial System and Procedure of ITM. he has been appointed as the Director of Controller since 28 March 2016 and appointed as Finance Director on 1 March 2019 before being appointed as President Director of ITM through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 27 May 2020.

Jusnan Ruslan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economy at Pancasila University. He joined the Group in 1991 as the Assistant Marketing Manager and continued accumulating his experiences in the area of Sales and Marketing. In 2011, he was promoted to be the Vice President of South Asia Sales, Domestic and Compliance and starting in 2014, he was appointed as the Head of Sales and Logistics at ITM before being appointed as Director on 31 March 2015.

Ignatius Wurwanto earned his Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from the University of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in 1993. He began his career as Mining Engineer at PT Indominco Mandiri and was promoted to be the Assistant to Operation Deputy Director at PT Indominco Mandiri in 2001. In 2007, he was assigned to be the Assistant Vice President of Quality, Safety and Environment before he was appointed as the Head of Compliance and Risk Management. He currently serves as the Director of Sustainability and Risk Management of ITM. He was appointed as Director of the Company through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 29 March 2017.

Yulius Kurniawan Gozali received his Master’s degree in Finance from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, USA. He joined the group since 2002 as the Strategic Planning and Finance Analyst Manager and continued accumulating his experiences in the area of Corporate Finance and since 2007, he also holds the position as the Head of Investor Relations. Since early 2016, he was appointed as the Director of the Company and currently he held the position as the Corporate Communication and Investor Relations Director of ITM.

Isara Pootrakul received his Bachelor of Engineering from Chiang Mai University in 1992. He joined the Office of President Director of ITM in 2016 and has held the position as the Head of Operation Support at ITM since 2017. Previously, he served as the Project Director at Hunnu Altai LLC, Head of Technical Development and Services at Banpu, and Mine Engineering Group Head at ITM subsidiary.

Junius Darmawan was born on 18 June 1979 and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, USA in 2000. He earned his Master of Management in Strategic Innovation from Prasetiya Mulya University in 2019. He joined the Company in 2004 as Financial Analyst and continued accumulating his career experience in Finance and Accounting. In 2016, he was appointed as the Head of Accounting and since early 2017, he was appointed as Assistant Vice President of Financial Managerial Controller. Starting 2020, he was appointed as the Vice President Controller before being appointed as Director of the Company through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 27 May 2020.

Parameth Prasan currently serves as the Mining Business Development Head of ITM.  He graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2001 and received his Master Degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technical University, Singapore in 2014. he has more than 20 years of experience in the coal mining industry, with several strategic position among others as Mine Development Head at Banpu Public Company, Contractor Management Head at ITM, Mine Operation Manager at ITM subsidiary and Mine Planning Supervisor of Mineral Resources Development Co.Ltd, Thailand.

Stephanus Demo Wawin completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Gunadarma University. He joined in 2006 as IT Infrastructure & Security Manager of ITM and later promoted to Head of IT in 2011 before being appointed as Director on 31 March 2015.

Mr. Narin Sampattanavorachai served as an Officer at The Federation of Thai Industries in 2006. He has been pursuing External Relations at Banpu Public Company Limited since 2011 before serving as ITM Advisor in 2022. In 2023, Mr. Narin was assigned Head of ITM Corporate Affairs before he was appointed a Director of the Company during the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Having more than 20 years in energy and mining, Mr. Niwat Boonyad joined in a managerial position at Banpu Public Company before joining ITM as Business Development Manager in 2018. He is currently responsible for renewable energy run by ITM's subsidiaries including PT ITM Bhinneka Power, PT Cahaya Power Indonesia and PTI IBP Hydro Power
